What's included in the free trial?

Your 7-day free trial includes full access to all features of our platform. Here are some of the highlights:

  • Nationwide MLS data
  • Preforeclosure and vacant property data
  • AI-powered property search and analysis
  • Skip tracing capabilities
  • Live property lists with notifications
  • Property exports

There are no functionality restrictions during your trial period.

What happens after my trial ends?

When your 7-day trial ends:

  • If you've added a payment method: You will be automatically charged and your subscription will continue at the plan rate.
  • If you haven't added a payment method: Your account will be paused for 1 week, after which it will be permanently deleted.

We limit free trials to one per person. We'll send reminder emails before your trial expires so you can make an informed decision.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

How often is the property data updated?

Our property data is updated daily from multiple sources including MLS, public records, and proprietary databases. Live lists are updated in real-time as new properties matching your criteria become available.

What areas do you cover?

JustPropertySearch covers the entire United States with comprehensive data in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Our coverage includes urban, suburban, and rural areas, with particularly strong data in major metropolitan markets.

How does the AI property search work?

Our AI property search uses advanced machine learning algorithms to understand your investment criteria and property preferences. It goes beyond traditional filters by analyzing patterns and relationships in property data to identify opportunities that match your specific strategy, even finding properties you might miss with conventional search methods.

Can I add team members to my account?

Yes, all plans include at least one user, with higher tiers including multiple users. You can add additional team members beyond your plan's included users for an additional monthly fee. Each team member gets their own login credentials but shares access to your organization's data and subscription benefits.
