Editorial Standards
We publish to help real estate investors understand the concepts, workflows, and market shifts that matter in practice — clearly and specifically, not vaguely or just to fill space.
Last reviewed: May 2026
What we prioritize
- Clear answers to investor-specific questions.
- Practical workflows and concrete examples over filler.
- Accurate descriptions of what the product actually does.
- A real effort to keep time-sensitive pages current.
Sourcing & review
We ground public content in first-party product knowledge, relevant public sources, and market context appropriate to the topic. Content is reviewed before publication — with extra scrutiny for market-sensitive interpretation, procedural guidance, or claims about how the product works.
Bylines & team attribution
Some content is published under a team byline, such as "The JPS Team," when it reflects collaborative research and platform knowledge rather than a single author. Team attribution does not lower the bar — the same review for clarity and accuracy applies.
Updates & corrections
We refresh pages when product capabilities change, when market conditions shift meaningfully, or when a page no longer reflects the best answer for its topic. If we find a page is materially inaccurate, misleading, or out of date, we aim to correct it promptly.
Spot something inaccurate or unclear on a public page? Email support@justpropertysearch.com with the page URL and a short note — we'll review and update it.
